There are a variety of communication styles that leaders use. At GCT we assess leaders communciation styles by the way they communicate (behavior) with thier employees and use the following four categories to describe them:
- Openly Aggressive Behavior
- Concealed Aggressive Behavior
- Passive Behavior
- Assertive Behavior
